At The House of Amouage, we strive for your absolute satisfaction with our fine fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

  Contact our dedicated Concierge Team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

  Carefully place the item in its original, tamper-evident packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned fragrance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
